1. Client Should pay placement fees to Vaishnavi Bureau . which is Non Refundable. Vaishnavi Bureau will not Refund any payment in any circumstances.
2. Vaishnavi Bureau charge placement fees for Babysitter placement Service . This fees is Not a Refundable deposit or Advance salary.
3. If the Candidate we provided leaves the work or Client do not like the candidate. Then Vaishnavi Bureau provide another candidate / Replacement. But Vaishnavi Bureau will not Refund Agency Fees in any circumstances. We Vaishnavi Bureau do not deal on Single Candidate we have options.
3. Client should deduct Rs. 1000/- from Candidate's first salary (every time when new candidate join you ) and pay it to Vaishnavi Bureau. if not pay no other candidate will be provided.
4. Once the candidate has worked for his employer, the employer has to pay the agreed salary for the number of days worked without any excuse. If client not pay Candidates Salary, no replacement shall be provided.
5. Employer should pay agreed salary directly to candidate. Vaishnavi Bureau will not responsible to pay any salary to candidate in any circumstances.
6. Any payment made to candidate , Vaishnavi Bureau will not responsible for that. So please don't Pay any Advance to Candidate.
7. Client should not give any kind of stress if that happens no other candidate shall be provided.
8. The Candidate will only do the work mentioned in the bill. Nothing will work other than that. So in the Bill , Please mention exactly what the candidate has to work on.
8. Vaishnavi Bureau is not responsible for any wrong behavior characteristics of Clients & Candidates.
10. Vaishnavi Bureau will not undertake Medical check up of candidate. It is advised to Client to do medical check up of candidate.
11. All Candidates are Adhar Verifired. It is advised to Client to do Police verification, Vaishnavi Bueau will guide client to do Police Verification.
12. When the client want Replacement then Client should inform to Vaishnavi Bureau before 2 Days ( for Local ) before 7 days ( for 24 Hrs ).
13. Pls Renew subscription before 10 day from expiry Date . if not pay then service will be discounted and no replacement will be provided.
14. If any belonging are missing or theft by candidate. Vaishnavi Bureau is not responsible for same.
15. Whenever candidate leaves workplace please check his / her luggage. Pls follow safety tips & precautions against Domestic Helps.

16. Invoice is valid subject to realization of payment.

Safety Tips & Precautions Against Domestic Help
1. Avoid giving access to relatives and friends of Servant.
2. Avoid displaying jewelry and valuables to Servants in the house.
3. It is advisable not to talk of money in Servants presence.
4. Never let your Servants know the place where cash, jewelry, valuable and important keys are kept.
5. Do not allow your Servants to carry house keys out of the house.
6. Treat Servants with dignity.
7. Keep your Servant under close observation at all times for any undesirable or suspicious activities and take action accordingly.
8. Keep yourself generally informed of your Servants movements , interests, and associates during Servants free time or holidays.
9. Do not leave the whole house open to Servant in the beginning. There is no harm if Servant feel that you do not trust him/ her. Let him/ her earn your confidence.
10. Use equipment like CCTV for keeping a watch on the activities of Servants.
11. Be informed about the people your domestic Servant interacts with in & outside your home. So that you can have an idea what is going on in your Servants mind.
12. Make changes is schedule and without notice come home early sometimes to make a surprise visit and check the situation at home.
13. Do not leave Servant at home alone while you and your family are on vacation. Instead send him/ her to his / her home for break.
14. Don't be too harsh with your Servant as it may provoke them to take revenge. That is why communicate with him / her and should try to maintain a smooth relationship.
15. If you give cash to bring stuff to Servant then take record of money spent.
16. Avoid full dependency on your Servant for everything.
17. Keep a book where you can record Servant Details like joining date , salary, advance , leave etc. And have the Servant sign / acknowledgement.
These steps are not only in your interest but equally in fairness to the Servants also and prevent undue suspicion
